2. Orders and Pricing

3. Payment

• A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins on medium and large projects, unless otherwise agreed.
• Final files are delivered only after full payment is received.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery timelines are agreed upon at the start of each project and may vary depending on project size and current workload.

5. Revisions

Each service includes a reasonable number of minor revisions (such as pronunciation or timing adjustments) within the agreed script or content. Substantial changes to the original content or script are considered additional work and may be billed separately.

6. Usage Rights and Ownership
